My trailer has an A-60 on it, but no reverse solenoid. The actuator is fairly simple to remove, two large pins with c-clips on them. pull the pins disconnect brakeline and the actuator"should" slide right out the tongue.
I'm not sure how it is set up, or what access is like when the solenoid is involved or if you have a swing away tongue.

I would take a guess without seeing it in person and Wayne's description...

-swing tongue open to gain access and disconnect flexible break line that goes from swing tongue to trailer

-remove c-clips on part(s) "4" (pins) and remove pins

-slide actuator inner member out of outermember,

then you should be able to unscrew part "27" from rear of inner member and replace with new part.

                reassemble and bleed breaks :)

again totally a guess as I dont have swing tongue,

+1 I would do this personally too. 200 for the whole thing or 46 for the single part.....
