  • Pics from a forgotten camera

So I honestly forgot my brother and I through this camera up right around the first of the year. I didnt realize it was there until today - it stopped taking pics at the end of April because it ran out of disk space. I had almost 4,000 pics to go through today. here are some of the highlights.

A solid buck that made it through the 2011 season. This camera is on the edge of an adjoining farm so he could easily be moving between properties.

This buck is a spike (his head down) that I have a lot of pics of - he still had his antlers on March 22nd which is really late

What is interesting is all the deer were completely nocturnal until the middle/end of February.

I think this is one of our resident flying squirrels

    Another coyote

What do you do with a coyote after you shoot it? Make a fur coat?

I like the picture of the flying squirrel. What are the odds of capturing that?

I am planning on a mount for a coyote - a head and chest mount with a rabbit in its mouth - you gotta be a good ol fashion redneck to enjoy something like that!

My brother-in-law has a coyote mount with the back legs on the floor, and one front leg up on the fireplace hearth, like it's standing up looking at something. Very cool.
