Has anyone had any success with chatter baits on Lake Anna? Seems like with all the docks that it would be a good bait.

Didnt know if anyone had any ideas.

I've never thrown them - but the success folks have with spinnerbaits, crank baits and jigs make me think they'd work....

This is an excellent bait in the right hands.
      also with the right colors.
I have caught lots of Nice Bass with the chatters.
      in many different sitches.
#1 right along downed trees and logs.
#2 along side of lilly patches (dont get in them!)
#3 Jig 1ft above a grassy or weeded bottom very eraticaly!
      Wham!
Change your presentations in the same areas.
I have caught more Bass on a different presentation, with the same cast, to many times!!!!!!
      Hint...
The White and Green frog chatter seems to be the universal color!
      Good Luck!

They work great flipped under low docks in the early fall. Flip one under, let it fall, swim it back slowly hitting wood if possible.

I love I nice Chatterbait. They were so different when I first started throwing them that I was unsure of how they would work. But I dont leave without a few.

Chatterbaits are good, I would recommend buying the components and saving yourself some money - over priced for what they are really.

Where do I get these materials from?
I'd love to make my own!
