  • Whats your record for fish on consecutive casts?

I had this discussion with some fishing buddies and it seems in our small group that the most is four. What about you guys, mine is only 3.

naah, you just need to fish for stripers when they're schooling. ;)

That was actually crappie on a casted crappie jig. Maybe 6 stripers in a row? 6-7 smallmouth bass.

Brian Barry and I hired Teddy Carr to take us out on the Potomac River. Not exactly the same answer to your question, but I tried out about 8 different lures/techniques and on the first cast of the first 7 lure changes I caught a fish. They noticed and started tracking. It was so bad/funny, that when I thru a minus 1 out, I backlashed and while I was getting it out and was just starting to reel it back in, YUB,
              caught a bass. Crazy day....fun...
              cheers,
              Steve
