jigs, weights... chatterbaits ... anything of that nature. I was more interested in the fact that someone was doing it than what they were making :)

It takes about 6000 deg to melt tungsten. The average weight maker is unable to that and the cost to get set to do it is high.... very high.

right, but they could use powdered tungsten. I believe that is how most of the weights/jigs are made now

Or instead of Tungsten, what about bismuth?

A tungsten chatterbait sounds good - but the head would be so small I think you would lose the sound of the blade striking the head.

I know there are some smaller companies making tungsten weihhts see if I can dig them up

eco pro makes tungsten jigs ... I bought a couple, but the weights and everything are expensive and I get all of my stuff at wholesale (if necessary) and at wholesale that crap is still expensive.

Supposedly there is a tungsten shortage which is driving up the price like crazy.
